Consideration of a cooperative agreement among the City of
Cheyenne, Laramie County, Dale Keizer (landowner), and Richard
Loetscher (landowner) to set forth the respective relations and
responsibilities of the City, County, Keizer, and Loetscher toward a
floodplain mapping project on Dry Creek in the amount of $54,120 with
the County paying $15,000.
